STTP-Modified School SLP Certification Course
The Stone Tongue Thrust Protocol-Modified (STTP-M) is a Protocol for the Identification & Treatment of Articulation Errors Resulting from Tongue Thrust. This certification course provides the rationale, eligibility criteria, STTP-M Oral Evaluation Protocol and training, STTP-M Treatment Protocol and training. You will complete the training and competency skills assessment to be certified to use the STTP-M in the school setting with your caseload to more efficiently remediate those frustrating error patterns of residual /r/, frontal and lateral /s/, and poor generalization to rapid conversational speech.
This 6-hour comprehensive course includes lecture videos and handouts; a digital STTP-M Protocol for reference and use with your caseload, and your certification as an STTP-M School SLP with full clinical support.
STTP Advanced Certification Course
The STTP-2 is a clinical tool that was developed in a speech clinic for clients over the age of 8, updated, and revised in 2018 with clarification and the addition of new exercises. More than 20 years of clinical application and the efficient elimination of tongue thrust are unparalleled. This training is intended for professionals who have a solid knowledge of oral anatomy and physiology including swallowing function. Training and certification in the STTP or STTP-2 are required for the clinical use of the protocol to ensure competency and continuity of practice.
This comprehensive course includes lecture videos and handouts; assessment and treatment lab videos from assessment to elimination; a physical copy of the STTP-2, 25 STTP-2 Oral Assessment Forms, and your certification as an STTP Professional with full clinical support.

STTP Parent Mediated Instruction
This program is a clinician guided instruction that is provided online with parent-mediated instruction in the home. It is recommended for use by parents with their children over the age of 8 who have received a diagnosis of tongue thrust or adults who have tongue thrust and want to eliminate it with online instruction.
Perspectives in Tongue Thrust
This interactive course looks at tongue thrust from a variety of perspectives including SLP, OMD, and Dentistry and will be beneficial for those who refer out for tongue thrust therapy and want to have more understanding and options for patients but may not want to do the actual therapy.
Introduction to the Stone Tongue Thrust Protocol
This course will specifically introduce the components of the STTP Oral Evaluation and the STTP as well as the difference between the STTP and other traditional treatment approaches to tongue thrust.
